  • Located?
    I am located in Yorba Linda CA, and unfortunately I do not ship, I do offer delivery for $15 within the first 5 miles then $2 per mile after the first 5. Pick up location will always be in the Yorba Linda my licensed in-home bakery is located off of Imperial Hwy and Valley View Ave.
  • How can I place an order?
    6-8 weeks notice is the recommended time frame. This will allow time to go over the desired design, and purchase any supplies needed for your order. However that is still subject to my availabilty. During busier months that have holidays I tend to book up fast so please email ASAP once you know your event date. I have done last minute orders in the past, therefore you are more than welcome to submit an inquiry even if it is past the 6 week time frame just in case I have a last minute cancelation so availability might be open.
  • Did I confirm my order yet?
    You will know your order is confirmed by having placed a 50% deposit after receiving an invoice from us. If we have had conversations about items and date, but you have not placed your deposit then your date is not confirmed. Deposits are due asap to book your slot therefore please make sure you are set with the date of your event. The balance of your order is due 7 days before your event. Not paying the balance or deposit, can result in cancellation of the entire order. Unitl you pay your deposit the date will still remain open to other customers.
  • Can you make EXACTLY like the picture samples I send you?
    No. ***CREATIVE FREEDOM***- by booking with us you acknowledge that we have creative freedom to bring your vision to life! Creative freedom does not mean that you do not have a say in what your treats look like, but the opposite! You will absolutely have a say by sending me all your ideas, details, samples and more, we then will turn around and interperet those samples to a one of a kind masyerpiece for you!
